AnchorPointVA partners with DSS social workers, TFC case managers, and authorized professionals across **Madison, Fredericksburg, and surrounding Central Virginia communities** to provide structured independent living support for youth transitioning from foster care into adulthood. Our referral process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and youth-centered, ensuring strong alignment between program services and each youth’s independent living needs. ### **Who Can Submit a Referral for Our Youth Independent Living Program** Referrals may be submitted by: - DSS social workers - TFC case workers - Authorized DSS representatives All referred youth must be enrolled in the DSS Fostering Futures program and meet independent living program eligibility requirements prior to acceptance.
